A low house settles between mature pines and the open line of the Caspian. Stone walls hold the rooms close to the garden while a shaded threshold gives the plan its calm centre.

The material palette is deliberately spare: pale limestone, brushed metal and oak. Openings are placed for long sightlines across the courtyard, with light moving slowly through the living spaces.
